Job Title: Operations Executive – Agri Drone Spraying Services

                Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Operations Executive to manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of our Agri Drone Spraying Services across Madhya Pradesh. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in logistics, operations, and team coordination, and will be responsible for ensuring smooth execution of drone-based agricultural services. This role requires a proactive individual who can handle operational challenges and coordinate with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
Drone Operations Management:

• Plan and coordinate drone spraying schedules across multiple farm locations.
• Manage deployment and maintenance of drones, ensuring operational efficiency.
• Monitor daily activities of drone pilots, providing guidance and troubleshooting support during operations.

             Logistics & Coordination:

• Oversee the transportation, setup, and retrieval of drones and related equipment to various locations in             Madhya Pradesh.
• Liaise with local farmers, stakeholders, and field teams to ensure optimal service delivery.
• Coordinate with ground staff for smooth execution of operations, including managing vehicles, fuel, and             consumables.

            Inventory & Equipment Management:

• Maintain inventory of drone equipment, accessories, and consumables.
• Ensure timely procurement and replenishment of critical components (e.g. spare parts, pesticides, fuel,                batteries).
• Track the condition of drones, schedule regular maintenance, and manage repairs as needed.

            Compliance & Safety:

• Ensure compliance with local aviation and agricultural regulations for drone operations.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols, conducting risk assessments before and during operations.
• Provide training and guidance to pilots and ground crew on safety and operational best practices.

            Team Coordination:

• Supervise and support the team of drone pilots and ground staff.
• Conduct regular performance reviews, provide feedback, and facilitate skill development training.
• Resolve operational challenges and disputes, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.

            Vendor & Client Relations:

• Act as the point of contact for farmers and other clients, ensuring effective communication and addressing         service-related issues.
• Collaborate with pesticide vendors and other suppliers to ensure timely and quality delivery of products.

            Data & Reporting:

• Manage operational data related to drone spraying, including area covered, pesticide usage, and flight               times.
• Prepare and present regular reports on operational performance, efficiency, and challenges to senior                   management.
• Utilize data to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization.

            Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Operations, Engineering, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in operational roles, preferably within the agriculture or drone                      technology sectors.
3. Knowledge of drone technology and its applications in agriculture is a plus.
4. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with farmers, vendors, and internal teams.
6. Ability to travel frequently across Madhya Pradesh.
7. Proficiency in using MS Office and operations management tools.
8. Familiarity with local languages and Hindi is an advantage.

            Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of drone regulations and experience in managing drone fleets.
• Experience with agricultural practices and pesticide handling.
• Leadership abilities with a track record of managing and motivating teams.
