Your mission
- Develop and optimize advanced composite materials for lightweight, high-performance UAVs
- Design RF-absorbing structures, stealth coatings, and metamaterials for low radar cross-section (RCS) UAVs
- Research and implement nano-engineered materials, aerogels, and graphene-based composites for UAV applications
- Improve thermal management systems for high-speed UAVs using heat-resistant and low-emissivity materials
- Work with 3D printing, additive manufacturing, and advanced fabrication techniques for UAV structures
- Collaborate with aerospace, electronic warfare, and radar engineers to ensure stealth and durability
- Conduct material stress testing, environmental resistance evaluations, and fatigue analysis
- Ensure compliance with military and aerospace material standards (MIL-STD, ASTM, ISO 9100)
Your profile
- 5+ years experience in materials engineering, aerospace composites, or stealth technology
- Strong expertise in carbon fiber, aramid composites, ceramics, and nanomaterials
- Knowledge of RF-absorbing materials (RAM), electromagnetic shielding, and stealth coatings
- Experience with finite element analysis (FEA), computational material design, and structural simulation
- Proficiency in ANSYS, Abaqus, HyperMesh, or similar simulation tools
- Familiarity with additive manufacturing, 3D printing, and advanced UAV fabrication techniques
Nice to have
- Experience in military stealth technology, LO (Low Observability) UAV design, and radar scattering
- Background in self-healing materials, morphing structures, or AI-driven material optimization
- Knowledge of acoustic stealth materials for low-noise UAV applications
