[What you will be working on]
Conduct lessons, create teaching and assessment materials and mentoring of students
Develop and maintain new/existing teaching curriculum for learning units related to Aerospace Systems, Unmanned Aerial Systems, Urban Air Mobility, Human Factors, etc.
Undertake projects/consultancy work with both internal and external stakeholders
Deploy effective pedagogy to facilitate learning Lead or represent in committees and contribute to administrative/management tasks (i.e. outreach, student recruitment, project management etc.)

[What we are looking for]
Relevant qualification in Electronics, Electrical, Aerospace/Avionics Engineering or related disciplines
At least three years of relevant work experience in avionics-related work on commercial aircraft MRO, either at hangar or workshop level or drones-related work.
Possess Unmanned Aerial Pilot License (UAPL)/ equivalent experience
Passionate about education and keen in mentoring, teaching and motivating both youth and adult learners
Strong industry linkages in the related fields
Self-driven, independent and possess the readiness to work as a team
A people-oriented individual with strong interpersonal, written and communication expertise
Keen interest in developing new capabilities through projects and self-learning
Possess a strong interest in exploring new technologies
