As an Operations Coordinator you will be responsible for the coordination and execution of operational activities, predominantly within North America, across the Zeitview properties vertical. In doing so, you are dedicated to helping Zeitview meet its operational OKRs. In this role, you will provide project management of multiple, simultaneous field projects, while demonstrating operational excellence, resulting in delighted customers.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 1-2 years work or internship experience in a fast-paced environment. (in transactional work, logistics, customer service or hospitality, etc.)
- Excellent planning, scheduling, and project management skills with the ability to work both independently and in team settings
- Organizational skills and the flexibility to jump from priority to priority
- Able to work remotely and coordinate effectively with a fully remote workforce
- Interested in technology and the drone space. Drone experience, knowledge of UAV operations and regulations is a plus
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional customer service
- A high degree of attention to detail
- Relevant experience with drones, and/or photography is preferred.
- Familiar with the telecommunications industry, including specific equipment and access requirements.
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Exceptional computer skills including working with tools such as Google Suite (Sheets and Docs), and Slack
- Project management skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and writing skills in English; ability to communicate with customers pilots, and internal teams.
